Terms and Conditions

Compras Fashion, S.A. de C.V. ("GO2SPORTS", "we" or "the Company"), domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico, makes its website www.go2sports.com.mx (the "Site") and the services offered through it available to the general public, always subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Accessing or using the Site means that you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site and its services.

1. Definitions

• Site: the domain www.go2sports.com.mx and any subdomain, application or digital channel operated by GO2SPORTS.
• User: any person who browses, registers on or purchases Services through the Site.
• Services: the sale of tickets, travel packages, lodging, ground transportation and/or experiences related to sporting events, concerts and shows (the "Events"), whether GO2SPORTS provides them directly or acts as an intermediary between the User and a Third-Party Provider.
• Third-Party Provider(s): hotels, airlines, transportation companies, venues, Event organizers, ticket outlets and any other third party whose products or services form part, in whole or in part, of a Service purchased through the Site.
• Package: the combination of two or more Services (for example, ticket, lodging and transportation) offered as a single experience.

2. Nature of the Services

GO2SPORTS operates under a mixed model: in some cases it sells Services in its own name, and in others it acts as an intermediary or agent between the User and one or more Third-Party Providers, handling the reservation, purchase or contracting on behalf of the User. GO2SPORTS will indicate, to a reasonable extent, when a specific Service involves a Third-Party Provider.

When GO2SPORTS acts as an intermediary, its responsibility is limited to the proper handling of the contracting; the actual delivery of the Service (for example, the lodging, the flight, the transportation or the access to the Event) is the sole responsibility of the corresponding Third-Party Provider, and is additionally governed by that Third-Party Provider's own terms, conditions and policies, which the User accepts upon purchase.

3. Events: Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellations

EVENTS ARE ORGANIZED BY THIRD PARTIES (VENUES, LEAGUES, PROMOTERS, ARTISTS) UNRELATED TO GO2SPORTS. ACCORDINGLY, GO2SPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES OF DATE, VENUE, LINEUP OR PROGRAM, NOR FOR THE CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF AN EVENT, NOR FOR THE REFUND POLICIES THAT THE EVENT ORGANIZER DETERMINES UNILATERALLY. GO2SPORTS will make its best effort to inform the User in a timely manner of any change of which it becomes aware, but it does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of dates, times or conditions published on the Site, which may change without prior notice for reasons beyond the control of GO2SPORTS.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices published on the Site are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless expressly stated otherwise, and include or exclude taxes as indicated in each case. GO2SPORTS may change published prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to a purchase will be the one in effect at the time payment is confirmed.

Payment is made through the methods enabled on the Site. GO2SPORTS may reject, cancel or hold any order when there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse of a payment method, or when the information provided by the User cannot be verified.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE FOR A PARTICULAR SERVICE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets, Packages and other Services purchased through the Site are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable once payment has been confirmed, since in most cases GO2SPORTS acquires such Services in advance and on a non-refundable basis from the corresponding Third-Party Providers.

Any exception to this policy will be subject to availability, to the particular conditions communicated to the User at the time of purchase, and, where applicable, to the policies of the Third-Party Provider involved. This is without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that may correspond to the User under the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law.

6. User Obligations and Responsibility

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information when registering or making a purchase.
• Hold the valid travel documentation required (official identification, passport, visas, permits) to attend the Event and/or take the purchased trip, including, where applicable, the immigration or health requirements of the destination country. GO2SPORTS is not responsible for verifying such documentation or for the consequences of its absence or insufficiency.
• Comply with the regulations, entry policies and codes of conduct of the venue, Event organizer and/or corresponding Third-Party Provider.
• Be of legal age to register and purchase Services; parents or guardians are responsible for the acts of minors in their care under these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, software and other elements) is owned by GO2SPORTS or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law. Its reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the prior written authorization of GO2SPORTS is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GO2SPORTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE, NOR THAT THE PUBLISHED INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR FREE OF TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GO2SPORTS TO THE USER FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR THE SERVICES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER TO GO2SPORTS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL GO2SPORTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, NON-REFUNDABLE TRAVEL EXPENSES OR MORAL DAMAGES.

This limitation does not apply where Mexican law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded.

10. Indemnification

The User agrees to hold GO2SPORTS, its affiliates, officers, employees and providers harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) the User's breach of these Terms; (ii) misuse of the Site or the Services; or (iii) the violation of third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

GO2SPORTS will not be liable for failures to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, acts of authority, strikes, telecommunications failures or failures of Third-Party Provider systems, pandemics or health contingencies.

12. Privacy

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the GO2SPORTS Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Modifications

GO2SPORTS may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such publication constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the User and GO2SPORTS submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

15. General Provisions

• Assignment: the User may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written authorization of GO2SPORTS; GO2SPORTS may assign them freely.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the User and GO2SPORTS regarding the use of the Site.
